Stable record creation, parsing, and hash APIs re-exported for runtime users.
Creating record bytes through these helpers does not persist them in a Lace;
store ids and record-fact visibility still go through store-backed runtime
operations such as store or Lace::memory construction.

- record
- Build and validate a record from a
RecordSpecliteral. - spec
- Build a
RecordSpecfrom Rust literal syntax.

(
&.<b64a>.H3). - ByValue
- Canonical record-facing

- Record
- A validated record: verified canonical bytes from one retained source.
