compile

Compile one self-contained Interlang contribution with the default source bound. Empty and helper-only contributions have no exchange facet and are rejected.

compile_with_limits

Compile one complete source with an explicit source-byte bound. The fixed exchange rule, arity, and static TopK bounds apply to every emitted rule. Source loading and configuration remain application work, outside compilation.
